counting down the days until the GRAND OPENING of...

…in the exploding area of Hillsboro, outside of

Portland, Oregon!! Our Launch Team continues to grow –

now to over 80 adults and over 35 kids, and growing every

week!

We just had our first SNEAK PREVIEW practice service at the Middle School where we will be meeting…and nearly 150 people came! Even though we didn’t advertise it, we had many from the community who came out! I’ve received many emails & phone calls from people who have said words like, "Awesome", "Passionate", "Fun", "Intense", "Friendly" & more!

We will have 2 more practice services before our GRAND OPENING OCTOBER 21st! We’ve made over 48,000 phone calls, we are sending out over 240,000 postcards and we’ve been getting the word out in all kinds of creative ways – we even just had a two hour concert at the young, hip, 24-hour Starbucks at the Town Square – and it was standing room only! And we’re being interviewed by many of the local papers! We anticipate growing to 150-200 strong before we are even born as a church on October 21st! We need prayer & help especially for our children’s ministry as Launch could be anywhere from 300 to 700, with 100-200 kids – yikes! But Renee & the Children’s Ministry are up for the challenge!
